    Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings Historic State Park
    This historic location is home to a restored Cracker-style house that can be explored by visitors. Author Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings lived at the home for 25 years, during which time she wrote some of her most renowned novels. Guided tours are available, and the park is open daily from 9am to 5pm.

    Boulware Springs Park & Historic Waterworks
    Boulware Springs Park and Historic Waterworks features a spring run stream that flows through upland mixed forest. Visitors can explore through hickory, live oak, sweet gum, and water chestnut oak trees, as well as lounge by the water on a hot day. Open daily from 8am until 6pm in winter and until 8pm in summer.

    Historic Haile Homestead at Kanapaha Plantation

    Built in 1854 of heart pine and cypress by enslaved labor, this historic 6200 sq ft house is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The restored Haile House is now a museum that offers insight into Florida plantation life and educates visitors about the economic, cultural, and social issues of the era in which the house was built.
